How do I delete my account and data?

Before you begin:

• Ensure you have access to your VisionWealth account.
• Make sure you don’t have an active Gratuit and that your account is not a client seat linked to a Pro account administrator.
  • If your account is linked to a Pro admin:
    • Contact your Pro advisor and request that they unlink your client account.
    • Once the Pro advisor unlinks the account, proceed to Delete your account.

Check for active Gratuit:

• Log in to your VisionWealth account.
• Navigate to Account Settings > Gratuit Plan.
• If you have an active Gratuit, proceed to Cancel your Gratuit.
  • In the Gratuit Plan section, click Cancel Gratuit and confirm cancellation.

Note: Account deletion is not possible until your Gratuit is canceled.

Delete your account:

• Navigate to Account Settings.
• Scroll to Danger Zone.
• Click Delete Account.
• Type your email address to confirm account deletion.
  • Warning: This action is permanent and will delete all associated data.
